Sıla Avcıl
Founder & CEO
A first generation American, raised between the U.S. and Türkiye, Sıla brings a global perspective to her deep-rooted advocacy in the Land of Enchantment. She holds a Master’s in Political Science from UNM and has over a decade of community service experience.
As a leader and expert in legislative advocacy, Sıla has spearheaded major electoral reforms, including the historic enfranchisement of over 370,000 voters. From co-founding the Global Shapers Albuquerque Hub to leading local non-profit initiatives, she is dedicated to transforming complex policy into actionable progress and empowering the next generation of New Mexico leaders.
